The water was very calm most of the time, but we did have some
turbulence on some days. During those times I really focused on feeling
calm, and relaxed about the motion, and I did not get sick! I actually felt

Yesterday afternoon I had a hypnotic session with George Gomond.
In this process, George guided me to a comfortable meditative place, and I
was in a blissful state for most of the rest of the day, even to the point of
forgetting some simple things that would normally be part of my habitual
experience. I found that to be surprising and pleasant.
Anyway, I feel a lot better after having had that session with George, and
I'm not sure how to characterize all that it was. It was somewhat
revolutionary, that's for sure. I feel like I got to some very important
information, very easily, and it was important to have done so. I'll have
to ask George what that technique was called, but it was great. I could
have sessions like that every day for some time, and probably clear up a
lot of my lack of understanding about myself. It was very cool,
non-threatening, non-confrontational, and one of the best therapeutic or
self-realizational techniques I've experienced.
